Created for children in their first year of school, this unit includes 10 flexible lessons exploring what makes each person unique, how people grow and change, recognising and managing emotions, body awareness, personal strengths, learning new skills, boundaries, friendship, preferences and family. Children learn through discussion, drawing, movement, games, role-play, practical challenges and hands-on activities.
